Retreat activities
All activities in the Intentional Yoga retreat are designed to open the emotional body as a healing channel for the physical body. An experience of cellular metamorphosis.

1. Re-alignment Therapy: emotional expression connected to bodily vibration; to harmonize energy centers (the esoteric anatomy of the physical body) and tune into the Mother frequency.

The venue
The Intentional Yoga Retreat takes place in Source Temple Sanctuary, located in Saco do Mamangua, in the state of Rio De Janeiro, Brasil.
Saco do Mamanguá, known as the world’s only tropical fiord, is a Brazilian protected natural area offering a unique experience of the Atlantic Forest and the calm and turquoise ocean waters of the bay of Paraty.
You will stay in one of our community built ecological cabins, share our daily life and meals and enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Sanctuary.

Duration : 3 nights/4 days
Included in the retreat :
- Accommodation: Double cabins in single or double occupancy.
- All retreat therapies and activities
- Two meals per day
- Return boat trip to Source Temple from Paraty Mirim
Contribution : 3450 $RS per person in single cabin occupancy/ 3900 $RS as a package for 2 people sharing a cabin.
